How long does Ed O need to meet expectations?
By rebuild, I mean start from scratch. You don't take an old coach for what will take years to accomplish, because when you get where you want, he will be on the way out.
We brought in Miles to maintain, and he did. We brought in Orgeron to maintain. If he can't, he must go.

This. Plus an old coach with a failed resume to "rebuild"? No chance in hell! Need to rebuild with an up and coming coach like PJ Fleck and this is a real coach for rebuilding.
