Absolutely, China found out about it at the same time as we did. There is no talking between world leaders, or compromising between nations. None. They find out, when we the people find out.

Couldn't be that the EO sanctions Trump announced today was a reaction to China already cutting ties on Monday. Had to be the other way around, right?
