I liked just about everything in the midseason finale also. Sophia was a straight up G. The only thing that made me sad was when Sophia killed Pyg. I loved me some Pyg. Good thing for Pyg that no one every stays dead on this show.

I wasn't a huge fan of Pyg, but to each their own. I think it was the pig mask thing that to me just looked awfully fake.
