Everything else ok. Legal permanent residency, yes.. . but they will never vote.
The only way to earn citizenship is to go home and return the right way. Those who came as minors can also earn citizenship through 8 years active duty military service.

This is a much better solution that what the board suggest. I want to reward those kids that earn it. 8 years military works.

Without voter ID laws you can't prove they don't vote now
The amazing part is Mexico and Canada require voter ID
