New Land Cruisers have an identity crisis. They only come as one model in the US - expensive luxury model with all options. But if you're looking for a luxury SUV you might as well go with the Lexus version which is pretty much the same price. If Toyota ever got smart and gave us a Land Cruiser geared towards recreational use (like the multiple LC 200 models sold in Australia) rather than hauling brats to soccer practice then they would have a major hit in the south and mountain west.
