No. He must continue to disavow them. For the next few years. But you are correct he hasn't yet.
We are in the outrage stage right now where he hasn't come out and said anything yet. Hopefully, he is waiting to just get his facts straight before saying anything.
Once he does come out with a statement, that is when we attack again.

This is actually not the correct way to view the parties.
Neither party is now or has ever been locked on the same side for every issue.
It's just convenient for people to repeat this to further support the myth of magic party switching.
Here's a modern day example:
Many republicans support the idea of school choice. Which would obviously not be a conservative stance. Conservative would be keeping kids locked into failing schools. That's the side that many democrats have choosen. It seems only their words have changed.
