Terrible to take your life early. Jesus made clear he wants us all to suffer till the very end. None of this shortcut shite.

Today the life expectancy is about 10 more years than it was in the 1950s. Antibiotics were not available until after WWI so the life expectancy before then was even shorter.

So are you saying the advancement of medicine has allowed people to "suffer" more.. You are saying "he wants us all to suffer til the very end" does that mean living is suffering?

If someone is brain dead and a machine is the only thing keeping them alive, are they suppose to wait until they die while on a machine?

There are people with cancer who decide to take treatments, knowing they will not be fully healed, but they want to live as long as possible, even if it means they will have to suffer worse than they ever have. In other words, treatment would only prolong their life.. So is it okay to prolong life to suffer?

And when someone has Alzheimer's.. Are they really aware they are suffering? No. So when they are just there wouldn't it be more humane to end their life?
