I honestly don't care.

But I think the championship game was made necessary after the TCU v Baylor fiasco a few years ago where Baylor beat TCU and had to share the conference championship which was bullshite. Because of that, the playoff committee didn't even consider a Big 12 team because there wasn't a 'sole winner'.

If H2H isn't going to mean shite in terms of a 'true champion' like the conference said and then went back on, then the championship game is mandatory.

Also, Texas isn't making that game any time soon, so I'm not sure why ya'll give a frick.

Yeah, I never got that argument. If you're both 8-1, then whoever wins H2H should be champ. Let the other pull an Ole Miss and hang a banner if they want to.

Also, it ends up messing up rivalry games. OU/OSU was moved up to November 4th, so in the case of a rematch it isn't one week apart.

I agree. It was complete bullshite that TCU had to share after Baylor shite the field vs unranked WVU soon after (despite the energy conserved by scheduling the weakest OOC teams possible).
