I am 6'2 and skinny as shite.
Squats are my worst enemy at the moment, bench being second.
Any tips on form, alternate methods, etc?
I can do them and I am using light weight to get started, I just want to make sure Im being effective.

Start light, add weight. Progressive overload is the key. Look at starting strength or even better the greyskull lp. I have a massive thread on the greyskull lp on here. Check the second page.
And 6'2" is not crazy tall to cause any real problems on lifting.

If you want a detailed explanation of the big lifts, buy Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. He breaks down the lifts for you, tells you how to perform them and why you're performing them that way.
You can record yourself and post the video here, but I imagine you'll get some contradictory advice here.

That is not very tall and like 777 said, should no way hinder you unless you have abnormally long limbs

How's your mobility
Pretty poor
i only weigh 155 so i guess it just amplifies the length of my limbs.
I am going into week 2 of Greyskull LP (777 aesthetics version). thoroughly enjoying it and following it strictly.

Yea your height isn't the problem, your lack of mass is. Just keep eating and plugging away. The program will add the weight over time if you stick with it and eat. Consistency is the key. Stick to some form of the greyskull lp for 6 months straight and then come back and bump this thread and let us know if strength is still a problem.

Figure out your sticking points and stretch them before squatting. It's prob your mobility that is inhibiting you, not your limbs. Ankle and hip should be the main problem areas. Everything will be easier if you're limber

Stay on greyskull or 5x5 strong lifts. I'm 6', I started at 150 a year ago. I shot up to 180 by eating and doing strong lifts. Right now I'm trying to stay around 175 and doing p90x.
Download the strong lifts app it's worth it to buy the premium version
