Passer rating certainly has its flaws and any stat by itself is completely useless
Kirk cousins is higher on the all time passer rating list than Joe Montana, is Cousins better than Joe Montana? or even anywhere near as good?

But Stafford and Luck have not appeared in a Super Bowl whereas Kaepernick has so he has that leverage on them too
