re: Sampras vs. Federer in their primes at Wimbledon

I was crushed that day in 2001 when some unknown teenage swiss punk stopped Pete's historic 31 match winning streak at the all england club. I despised him as he he gradually turned into the best player ever. I appreciate him now for who he is.

It's amazing how similar both players have been. Both were plagued by a bit of an average one handed backhand which was a constant target to exploit whether it was Agassi or Nadal attacking it. This year, Fed seems to have turned his into a weapon rather than a liability.
