You keep saying this, what the hell are you talking about? Was he eating a lot of food, yes but he was also making alot of gains and not gaining much fat.

now because he has health problems prior to this, sure its a problem but for normal healthy person it wouldnt be.

My point is before doing this diet

He should have known his body and any health issues he had prior. All these diets always say consult a physician before hand if you are unsure.

Supposedly being a D1 athlete at times he would have been taught health and fitness. As well as having physicals to identify any potential health issues.

Sorry but night sweats, not sleeping and blood sugar issues does not sound like a good time, just for the gainzzzzzzzzz.
