Jones is usually the type to come out swinging, so I expect him to.
This one isn't like the Producer's though. He can just say on the air "No, I don't think they'll find anything conclusive on Russia" and just end it. If they do find something conclusive (which I doubt will happen) then he can get back on the train. The producer went into incredible detail, and not just using 3 words that may hurt him.

Watching these poor people who were clinging SO HARD to the Russia narrative deal with the narrative COMPLETELY going to shite is almost as good as election night.
I don't even feel compelled to argue with them because I know they know it's gone to shite. But they REALLY need it not to..........for their own pride.

Look, I'd love nothing more than for Jones and CNN to get hammered in a huge way. Hopefully it will have a devastating impact on his career.
However, if O'Keefe ends up leaving Jones wiggle room because the clip was sloppily edited at the end, then that's on O'Keefe. You can't leave those MFers a way out. There's a small percentage of voters out there to be swayed. To win them over, stuff like this needs to be conclusive. We don't have to be convinced.
