What SEC football coach would you most like to eat lunch with?

Les Miles and Steve Spurrier would have seemed to be interesting guys to eat with. But they're both gone now.

Bret Bielma would be more likely to eat off your plate than Orgeron would.
And Bielma would probably rip his shirt off before he ate off a plate.

Petrino and a couple of his whores would be a fun time back in the day.
Phil Fulmer for some TN BBQ with Peyton M.
Bear Bryant for a 4 whiskey lunch.
Steve Spurrier to hear his smart arse comments about anything.
Saban, just to pull a no show and stand him up.

Why Saban?
He seems like a boring guy to eat lunch with honestly. What's interesting about listening to him discuss "the process?"

Ever?
Spurrier
Current coaches?
Saban, but mainly because the rest of the current coaches seem boring as hell. Saban is likely a bit of a jerk but he's likely still (unfortunately) the best college football coach ever so I wouldn't pass up the opportunity

Coach O seems boring? Will Muschamp?

I've followed Coach O's career since he was at USC in the early 90's and while I would obviously love to have lunch with him I know a lot about him
I have no interest in talking to muschamp.
While people may be unusual I can still find them boring
