After last nights game, how does Lange stack up?

Talking all time Tiger pitchers. Top 5? Top 10? Obviously he will go down as a tiger great. But last night he showed everything you want in a pitcher. He showed he wanted to close out that inning to set up the punch counter punch of Hess and Neuman. And not only that he gave up a homer to the first batter of the game.

Bottom top 10. Top 5 if he takes us to a championship.

I saw about 10 inside breaking balls that dropped about a foot down and in.
2 or 3 of those were called strike 3. That's big boy stuff.

Are you talking about draft status? I was listening to AFR yesterday afternoon while cutting grass and I know Moscona said they came out with a mock draft yesterday and had Lange going around 27/28 1st round.
I was kinda dumb founded that he was projected that late in the 1st. I do think if he keeps throwing like he has been, then one would think his draft status will increase.
If he indeed stays projected going that late in the 20's, wouldn't he be better off coming back for his senior year?

He's got the mental toughness that you can't coach. His control issues are the only thing that gets him in trouble. Pitching in a 2-0 count is very difficult for someone like him.

Is Nola number 1 on such a list? McDonald? Someone else? Has to be Nola right? Career 2.09 ERA. Insane.

Think he means in LSU history, not draft position.

He's a stud, if he would have had run support earlier in the year, he may have only 1-2 losses

I'd have to look back at all he studs we had but, I'm guessing getting close to top 10. But not there yet

He was ranked at 41 a few weeks ago. Nothing is gonna get him in top ten.

Pretty sure he's not talking about draft status here...
