As previously stated in another thread, national seeds in college baseball have not been our friend as of late nor for many other teams. The long and short of it is, if the Tigers are getting hot and streaky it won't matter whether we have that number next to our name or not. Just Win baby!

I don't understand this theory and it keeps coming up. I would rather be awarded home field advantage than have to win a super on the road. When's the last time an LSU team made it to the CWS without being a national seed? We were a national seed in '09 when we won it all. If Kentucky wins 2/3 vs UF, I think we would need to sweep MSU and make a good showing in Hoover in order to convince the committee to give the SEC 3 national seeds.
