Look at that Ladder Safety. Why hasn't anyone sent OSHA out to these shite shows?

Those pics sum up this shitshow of an administration in this city perfectly.

Been asking that since last night. They seem to be looking the other way.

Congratulations to Mitch Landrieu! He has single-handedly managed to turn innocuous city landmarks into battlegrounds. These monuments have stood in place for many years, and I can guarantee you that very few people, black or white, gave them a second thought. However, by bringing attention to them, Landrieu has stirred up racial tensions in our beautiful city.

He was active in the Reform Party, an association of conservative New Orleans businessmen, which spoke in favor of civil rights and voting for the recently freed slaves, hoping to form alliances between African-Americans and Democrats to vote out the Radical Republicans in the state legislature.[
Drop the "conservative businessmen" part and he'd be a Landrieu.

Beauregard pursued a position in the Brazilian Army in 1865, but declined the Brazilians' offer..."I prefer to live here, poor and forgotten, than to be endowed with honor and riches in a foreign country." He also declined offers to take command of the armies of Romania and Egypt
PGT Beauregard

After the board went down last night I fell asleep and missed "the lift".

No way?
You can't make this crap up. 1984.

Can't confirm but I heard the city already has a crew on the scene to pressure wash the spray paint. That took 2 hours to get a crew there.
Again, can't make this up.

Can they at least cover the exposed brick on the thing? The base just sitting there is ugly af.

As mentioned earlier in the thread my friend had water shooting up in his front yard for s month before the sewerage and Water board came out to fix it. Everytime I'm tempted to move to Lakeview I think of what a giant clusterfrick everything is in the city, and I don't deal with that less than 10 minutes away.

I wonder what they did with all the potholes people were spray painting?
Posted on 5/17/17 at 1:36 pm to tgrbaitn08
Somebody needs to hit it again. It's not a monument anymore. It's just a big chunk of rock with some bricks
Posted on 5/17/17 at 1:38 pm to Hammertime
Someone should make a stencil of Mitch w/ a dick head
I'd buy one and beautify the city as needed.

Yeah it didn't even take 2 hours. It was maybe an hour... possibly less. It's amazing how fast the city can get this shite done when you compare it to legitimate issues.
All the money... all the resources... whatever it takes.
