Cajun Soft Wash just did mine, I recommend him for sure. Generally it's about 0.10 to 0.20 cents per square foot.

If you are able to get on your roof, spray on Wet and Forget. It is a great product.

I second that.
Have not used it on shingles but used it on tin and wood and it works as advertised.

Anyone know if Wet and Forget would have any adverse effects on plants/flowers? Don't have gutters, so the runoff would go straight into my garden. Though if necessary I'm sure I could thrown down some dropcloths or a tarp.

Wet & Forget is much cheaper on Amazon if you aren't in a hurry to get started.

I don't think it will harm plants or grass. That said, you don't need to apply an amount that would lead to run off.

A lot of bleach and a surfactant is the process. A 12 volt sprayer from tractor supply and you could do this in a day, assuming pitch isn't crazy.

Commercial version of OxyClean does a better job, that's what I used with a garden pump and a modified garbage can. Spray the roof, let it soak, rinse it off. Water runs off looking like coffee.
