these were charges that alleged she also committed crimes in Jefferson Parish. apparently, the JP district attorney couldn't prove any of the sex happened within the confines of JP

Ok so she's still unable to teach ever again, based on the charges she pled guilty to in St. Charles, correct?

But wasn't Jefferson Parish the alleged location of the threeway? Does this officially, as far as the law is concerned, mean that there was no threesome?
