WaPo: If election redo were held today, TRUMP would win easily, and win popular vote.

Finally some REAL NEWS from Washington Post.

A new Washington Post-ABC News poll confirms [that TRUMP voters DO NOT have voter's remorse] — in spades. And, in fact, it shows more buyer's remorse for Trump's opponent in the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton. And were the 2016 election held again today, it shows Trump would avenge his popular-vote loss.
While just 4 percent of Trump's supporters say they would back someone else if there was a redo of the election, fully 15 percent of Clinton supporters say they would ditch her. Trump leads in a re-do of the 2016 election 43 percent to 40 percent after losing the popular vote 46-44.

Just 2 percent of those who voted for Trump say he has been a worse president than they expected. Only 1 percent say he has been “much worse,” and 1 percent say he has been “somewhat worse.”
In contrast, 62 percent say he has been better than expected, with one-third (33 percent) saying he has been “much better.”
That's not disillusioned Trump supporters; that's quite the opposite. And we have yet to see a poll that suggests there are a bunch of disgruntled Trump voters out there, stewing over their decision to install a reality show star as president.

I have a hard time believing he would make up the pop vote margin.
I know what these Dems are "saying" to the pollsters, but at the end of the day, Dems will ALWAYS support their team no matter what.
Look at the dumbest pols in DC now and what party they are affiliated with.

This is not possible. We have almost daily threads from our resident liberals telling us how almost all Trump voters are disappointed and wish they could change their votes. Surely, the liberal posters here aren't just making stuff up to fit their own narrative due to still being frustrated and embarrassed about all their false rhetoric for months leading up to the election about how Hillary was going to crush Trump. These same posters can't possibly be wrong again, can they?

only if Clinton were the opponent. the super delegates picked her over Sanders.
neither of them had enough delegates on their own. They would pick Sanders, since she proved faulty in ways that can't be fixed by a better ad campaign.
All along, Sanders did much better than Clinton in head to head polling vs Trump.
He was up 9% compared to her 4%, at the time she was selected by the Supers.
That 4% wilted in the last few weeks of the campaign. She was up 2% right before Comey told Congress there might be something NEW in the emails on Carlos Danger's PC.

I am halfway through reading the book about HRC's campaign-Shattered.
They go on and on of wondering what they did wrong as they planned speeches and words by focus groups. Never once thinking people were sick to death of the canned political speech of lies.
The book shows a mutiny of power within her campaign with a bunch of idiots. They really thought they would roll in like Obama did. Things have come out that showed Obama cheated in 2012 in Fla. for the win. Until the democrats stop seeing Obama as a savior with a great Presidency they will never win.
They need to say the words outloud that Obam won on hope and change as the outsider and was really a progressive.

I know someone who is on the front lines down there and this is the exact truth. Border crossings are down close to 80% since Trump has taken office.
