Because some aren't, there's been countless times I've seen guys boss their girlfriends/wives around and they do what they're told. Or always have to defer to the husband before making a decision on anything, or being told that anything they do is wrong, made to feel incompetent/stupid. It's sad and the guys are complete assholes.
