Taxpayer funding should not go to this corrupt organization.

That elderly affairs won't investigate this situation appears to be a political decision. They are always willing to investigate any common person. Considering there may be other elderly people with similar legal arrangements, this is dereliction of duty. The governors office will have to answer for this when/if it gets worse.

Well what do you know, Governor Honor Code isn't going to do anything about a democrat ripping off a poor old black lady. Not too surprised. It's unbelievable that some republicans voted for the loser.

Per the Nakamoto:

JUST IN: Governors Office released the following statement on Tasha Clark Amar's situation despite calls from other Council on Aging Directors across the state calling for them to investigate.

"The governor's office has no involvement and any decisions rest solely with the East Baton Rouge Council on Aging's Board that governs their operations."

This means, the board member who drew up the will for Helen Plummer naming Clark Amar the executrix will also get to make the decision if anything was done incorrectly.

I'm sure several state ethics violations have occurred with this. Send it to the Louisiana Ethics Review Board LINK

She is black so she is entitled to the money.

Seriously, this is some bullshite. This woman stole money and there is nothing that can be done about it. Lawyers are scared to take the case because of who the woman is related to (someone inform BLM that a black person has privileges because of her family). I don't believe in karma, but if it does exist I hope it happens to this bitch soon.

I called for a major investigation earlier this morning.

They will find dummy accounts, or $$$ that found it's way to a family member.

This isn't her 1st rodeo. It's the reason her and her husband put any money into this association, they knew the $$$ was down the road. She just had to keep it going. Now, they got busted double dipping. They already going to steal ur tax dollars soon enough.

I cannot believe the Voters passed a bill to allow them multi million dollars of tax money.

Well a poor black lady has died and before doing so she was swindled and her family was hoodwinked out of big time money. If we could get this going with BLM on the socials and just leave out the dastardly deed was done by another black person... this would get so much juice it would make Ron Popeil (set it and forget it) jealous.. by the time BLM figures out it was just another Black on Black crime, it would have the exposure we need.

The family PC featured a female who has a law degree. She may not have passed the bar, but she went to law school. I know her and she also works with a large contingent of others who all went to law school and are all gainfully employed.

She is a smart cookie and she has a work community of likewise smart cookies. I do believe TCA/EBRCOA will stand down because she's plugged into a fantastic set of legal resources, regardless of whom represents her in Court.

Latest on WBRZ is that the gov office is going to leave the investigation in the competent and capable hands of the EBR council on aging.

Not surprising at all..... Let just put Gravy as lead investigator in this case.

From the Governor's office to the mayor's office and to all the tax payer funded program like COA.... my how they all are tied together.

Gravy doesn't matter.

What matters is that people within the black community that he insists he's trying to help are going to see how fricked up the CoA Director actions are. Those people will never respect him for taking the side of a corrupt person that screwed over the elderly and their estate.

Governor honor code never seemed interested in winning reelection.
