Yes but just by title, they don't manage teams or anything for at least a year.

I would get in contact with your HR as soon as possible. Typically it's a rotation in the summer, do another busy season, then transfer full time. And typically the interview process for the summer rotation happens the fall before.

Which cities typically have substantial transaction groups - NYC, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, LA?
And without getting too detailed, audit in very large city and push for transactions after 1-2 years would be your recommended course of action?
