I have friends that are bad tippers that I won't go out to eat with anymore. Also the ones that ask a waiter for something everytime they come to the table...can i get another drink then when they bring the drink can i get some water too, etc. annoys me to death

Depends on where you are
In Atlanta, make it look like a restoration hardware inside and do nothing showy or particularly trendy

1. Quality location
2. Fresh food and wine options.
3. Place that creates a gentle soulful mood.
4. Waitresses/ staff that are clean and professional: knows the menu and specials.
5, management that greets loyal customers and makes them feel like they are at a special event at home.
French Market Bistro is an excellent example.

I think you should take however much money you have right now and just drop it off at the nearest bank as a donation.

Offer a 10% discount on your bill if you open carry in the restaurant.
Don't serve mayo.
Fry everything in canola oil while using lactose free cheese and gluten free everything
have a ceviche dish on the menu

You should be getting close to that anyway if you're doing your job properly.

I would likely never operate a fine dining restaurant. So dress code and the likes would be out the window. I'd likely try to make it as close, friendly, and affordable as possible so that I would gain regular customers. Having an aura of mutual respect is what is necessary. If riff raff comes in and tries to start shite I'll just have a bunch of regulars tell them to frick right off and then give those people free meals.

Zero tolerance policy on returns unless steak is cooked not the way ordered. And absolutely no bites must be taken.

I don't go to nice restaurants with my older brother anymore. He really will go to a fine-dining restaurant, order a steak well done, and then ask for ketchup
Sounds disgusting, but as long as he doesn't act trashy and pays for it WGAF.
