Literally one of the worst posters in PoliTard history, and that's saying a lot.
Hey fricktard OP, I have Twitter. I've deleted multiple tweets before.
How long should I serve? Keep in mind if you put people like me in jail, you limit the tax revenue you can steal from.

I didn't vote for Trump, but nonsense like this sure makes me support him.

EVERYONE with half a brain knows that the presidential records act is for non-public emails that a president might want to hide something.
I'm not an attorney so I could be wrong but it seems to me that when President Trump tweets something then he is immediately releasing his tweet to the public.
That's different from an email he sends to or gets from a specific person or persons which is not being made available to the public for viewing.
Since his tweet is being made available to the public the instant he sends it then I don't see why he would be violating any law by deleting it after he sends it.

If Twitter is one of the avenues used to officially archive presidential statements (as stupid as they may be), we are in trouble.

In seven years, as a last tweet as president Trump needs to tweet a big middle finger to the US Press that way it becomes part of the official records.
