Congrats for real... You should be proud..
She didn't compete against any transgender steroid freak did she?? If she beat shim than that is even more impressive. Let me know because that is added thumbs up brother.

She is only a junior in high school. Local track meet. Got first in the 400 meters too

have her fill out recruiting questionaires for colleges now regardless of what grade shes in that way coaches have a heads up on her. i dont know enough about the jumps to know if thats good enough for scholarship money at most schools but i do know that its good enough for at least a walk on opportunity if she really loves doing it.
ETA: and dont have it limited to just big name programs. programs like ULL Southeastern ULM (biased I know) all offer good opportunites to compete and become better and are more likely to get money if her marks are good enough (as mentioned before i dont know enough about jumps to know if that would or wouldnt get her anything)

Tech and LSU both have girls who mac at 5'10". But the rest are in 5'4" to 5'5" area

Agree 100%! Hell I wish I would have worked harder. Nothing beats the comraderie of college athletics.

I can vouch for what others on this thread had already stated. If she has interest in going to the next level I would start sending information and contacting every college in the state.
NSU has a solid reputation for developing and coaching jumps/field events. Pretty sure they would be willing to give her a look if her grades are in order.
Aside from NSU, Lots of options and good college programs available in state. Biggest thing is to get her name out and reach out to coaches.
I competed for NSU in college and loved every second of it. Great experience and one I would advise anyone to take. It will require hard work and some long nights (travel) but more than worth it.

im here now. this is my last season. im not gonna try and tell you where to have her look just make sure she looks everywhere and finds the right fit for her. having the right coach and situation that you just gel with can make all the difference.
