These folks have lost it, please Trump, start the camps. Libs project their own crimes onto the new admin, shamelessly:

VP Mike Pence used private email for state business as governor
Vice President Mike Pence used private email to conduct state business while he was the governor of Indiana, his spokesman said Thursday night.
The revelation came after the Trump campaign railed against former Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton for using private email and a private server to conduct State Department business. Clinton was not charged with a crime after she was alleged to have mishandled classified information, but was reprimanded by the FBI.
Pence's office rejected the comparison to Clinton because Pence was not using a private server and handling classified information.
According to the Indianapolis Star, which obtained emails in response to a records request, the notes included discussions of sensitive matters and homeland security issues, such as terror attacks and the state's response to them. ABC News has not obtained those emails, which the Star says were hacked last summer.
"Similar to previous governors, during his time as Governor of Indiana, Mike Pence maintained a state email account and a personal email account. As then-Governor Pence concluded his time in office, he directed outside counsel to review all of his communications to ensure that state-related emails are being transferred and properly archived by the state, in accordance with the law, which outside counsel has done and is continuing to do," said Marc Lotter, Pence's spokesman.
"Government emails involving his state and personal accounts are being archived by the state and are being managed according to Indiana’s Access to Public Records Act."
The emails were released to the Star from the current governor's office, but some were not released because of their confidentiality, the Star reported.
According to the paper, use of the private email account is not in contravention of Indiana law.
In late October, then-candidate Pence lauded the FBI for reopening the probe into Clinton's emails, according to ABC-owned station WPVI in Philadelphia.
"The director of the FBI, James Comey, this afternoon, just sent a letter to the Congress reopening the investigation against Hillary Clinton and her private email server," he said.
"We call on the FBI to immediately release all the email pertinent to their reopened investigation. The American people have a right to know, and they have a right to know before Election Day."
The renewed probe ultimately did not produce new evidence against Clinton and the FBI maintained its earlier position, that a crime had not been committed.

Is the Governor's business classified? I don't know the answer.

We haven't seen anything yet. Wait till Barry gets started.

The educated shall rise above tyranny. Progressively moving forward.
You do see the similar circumstance in a Secretary of State with a private server in a home and a governor with a RNC account right?
NO, it came after the latest failed attempt at scourging the Trump Administration that is still being developed.

I think its just their strategy to obfuscate their own issues by pointing across the isle. Same with "RUSSIA". Time to take some of these MFers out.

Will need you to clarify - what crime? Cause as much as you want there to have been crimes committed, there simply wasn't
Holding on to that worn out fake news I see

As I stated in the other thread, Indiana state law allows public officials to use private email accounts. Also I highly doubt there was classified information on them.

This is clearly a nothingburger, but, honestly, why do so many people have a hard time managing this? I own two domain names that I use for email, one for my businesses and one for personal. From time to time, the streams get crossed, but I make a deliberate effort to segment them. Am I unique in this? How hard is this?

"Gotcha politics" is nothing new, but it seems disproportionately one-sided when one side controls the majority of the sources of information that the public consumes.

Before Pence was a governor he a member of the Foreign Affairs committee in congress. While in this committee he have handled classified info.

Yes, but Pence didn't delete any emails, so he complied with IC 5-15-5.1-14 whereas Hillary deleted emails, IMO willfully, violating 18 U.S. Code § 2071. Indiana has no formal rules, laws or guidelines on private email servers that I could locate in Westlaw. The Fed does: 36 C.F.R. § 1236.22(b) and 36 C.F.R. § 1222.24. Hilldog broke these simply by using a private server.
Obviously this could all change if Pence did delete emails in an attempt to coverup a scandal or if Indiana has some law regarding private email serves.... but that seems unlikely since his name is Mike Pence and not HRC. MAGA MAGA MAGA

Hillary sucks.
Now that we got that out of the way, what the hell guys...
You bitched and moaned about her private email server for over a year. Pence did the same thing, and it's "gotcha politics". You people are insane. Spin spin spin away. Consistency is laughably absent.
Keep ALL of our politicians accountable, not just the ones you don't like.

Whereas there might be a handful of things a Governor might do that is classified or confidential (security arrangements for a Superbowl, Homeland Security coordination issues, etc.), there is only a handful of things the Secretary of State of the U.S. says or does in private that isn't classified.
