This is a serious question.
Real talk: Obama got it right on DREAMER and Trump should leave DACA alone.
You have to be realistic about this situation. They were brought over as minors by the parents. They had no choice in the matter. They were underage so really wen't acting under their on volition or able to consent nor did they understand the consequences.
DACA sets stipulations that they had to be minors under 16 when they entered, they have to be in school or have graduated, be employed (I believe), and cannot have been convicted of felony or serious misdemeanor nor accused of one. Furthermore, they had to come out and declare themselves. They declared themselves under the auspices of Obama's EO. So I don't think its right for Trump to walk that back and renege when you have these people who are trying to do the right thing and get right by the law.
I believe you are talking about several hundred thousands here, a fraction of the illegal population. So lets focus on the others and give these people a path and move on. We are not talking new entries but people who have been here in some case decades and here brought here as children.
Oh and by the way, its the humane thing to do as well.

Correct. It's frankly common sense and being a human. I am anti-illegal immigration but it shouldn't take much thought to realize a child has no control of such things.

Since you believe the Dreamers should be allowed to stay in the USA for the reasons you stated, that means you believe the child should benefit from the illegal act of the parents or other person who brought them here illegally.
It also means that the parents are benefiting from their own illegal acts because they will benefit from their child growing up in the USA, being educated in the USA, making money in the USA, etc.

Sorry, but being the humane thing to do is not a valid reason in the USA since laws are not allowed to be bent for a particular person because you have sympathy or empathy for that person or because you think it is "the humane thing to do".
Our entire system of law is based on Lady Justice being blind and treating everyone equality. Otherwise, some people will be allowed to break the law because of sympathy or empathy while other people (probably you) will not be allowed to break that same law because the person making the decision has no sympathy or empathy for you.
If you believe otherwise then you are un-American.
