Started using this as something to add on my rice. It's the bees knees.

We use it as a soy replacement. Only thing I don't like is how In some things it comes across almost sweet.

I think it does taste a little sweet. I'm still not 100% sold on the avoid soy at all cost crazy, but I'm trying it.

Men should never eat soy.

I've only used it as a soy substitute in cooking. I've never used it as a sauce per se

Soy products contain what's known as phytoestrogens, which are essentially plant based estrogens, and when consumed by men throw off our natural testosterone to estrogen ratio by decreasing testosterone and increasing estrogen levels, with devastating consequences such as;
- Gynecomastia (man boobs)
- Decrease in libido
- Mood swings
- Weight gain (particularly around the waist)
- Decreased sperm count
- Erectile dysfunction

Also been using this after starting the Whole30. It's great. Used it in some stir fry with zoodles, veggies, and chicken and it was amazing.

Link to your claims because those claims have been going around for a while and are basically a lie.

So you say the NIH is wrong, but don't provide any proof other?
Great job!!!

I use it in my hamburger or turkey burger patties when I grill. Good stuff.

Ive never tried the coconut aminos. I use bragg's Liquid Amino's as my soy sauce sub because it's about 1/4 the sodium. I still need to check this one out

If someone comes to make some Boogeyman claim about food the burden of proof should be on them. These food warriors are creating generations of anti science idiots and it's more dangerous than you might think.

Braggs is good also. Both aminos work well to flavor the turkey. I also add Weber Gourmet Burger seasoning and it comes out pretty nice.

Soy sure does not seem to bother the Asians. Hell there are 1 billion of them in China and based off my business trips into that region they sure seem to age well and live a long time.
