Definitely Jordan Jefferson. I dont know who this Trent Johnson guy is but I bet hes better at reading the field. We should start him.
Wait, what?

Trent could coach but couldn't recruit. His teams got worse and worse as more of his guys left and he couldn't field a capable roster.
JJ came in and got talent like Mickey and Martin. He only did average with it at first, and his lack of really taking it to the next level was blamed because of the state of the program of the prior regime. Then he got Simmons and I guess his lack of coaching ability has really showed recently. He's a junior version of Dale. He can recruit well and get lesser talented teams to exceed expectations, but when he has top level talent he can't keep their egos in check and the team implodes on himself.
If JJ was simply a recruiter and we had Trent do the actual coaching I think they'd be a pretty lethal duo on paper. Trent could coach when he had talent.
