Obama was already elected and it wasn't campaign speech. The $2,500 per year was the definition of "making shite up" and it was a slap in the face. That was a lie that had a major effect on all tax paying Americans. Now I completely agree that Trump exaggerates/lies about stupid things. However, not a single one of those things you mentioned effects my life at all. My insurance and deductible going through the roof while he promises a $2,500 per year savings does.
