Me too. Clearly these kids are ultimately victims of a society that conservative whites have set up to oppress them. This is just a sign of defiance in the face of racial oppression.

The welfare state and school to prison pipeline belong to LBJ and Clinton, not sure exactly how this has been construed. The biggest detriment to the AA community has been the deterioration of the nuclear family, and the war on drugs (Clinton) and welfare state (LBJ) have been major driving factors. It's not wholly a problem that's specific to the AA community, as we have seen an increase in the metrics to all races, just fair or not the problem per the numbers is greatest within the AA community.
