I didn't see anything in that article as to what these new executive orders may contain. Just issuing executive orders does not equate to positive assistance for universities.
Everyone is in favor of federal government assistance which actually helps the historically black colleges.
But also keep in mind that Republicans here in Louisiana want to shut those colleges down to avoid having to fund them. Because of that recent trend, I am skeptical. But like all things, we will have to wait and see before we proclaim any action good, bad or neutral.

I am all for shutting down any college that is under-performing. There is no reason to prop up degree mills that churn out workers that aren't in demand anywhere.

yeah they would rather keep funding a completely failed institution like SUNO and sink our entire state higher education system than work to fix the poblems
