I'd give up a 2nd rounder in a heartbeat if I'm either of those 2 teams for Romo.
2nd rounder to take on that salary and injury history? No thanks.
Does anyone think he can actually make it to the playoffs remotely healthy?

What 2nd rounder are you going to get that is worth that?

He was healthy in 2014. Hurt in 2015. For all we know, he could have been healthy had he returned just this season as well.
It's certainly risky, but for a couple of those teams, a 2nd rounder is worth it IMO.
