It's amazing how terrible the average team is at attempting the desperate last minute lateral. Coach Kelly at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock who is the hs coach known for never punting and was also Henry's hs coach, has tinkered with creating an offense completely predicated on laterals. I think it's an idea with some merit.
I think it would work well a good bit.
