I'm consumed working full time doing Anesthesia and consulting on the side for 20-25 hours a week......
This puts my work week rought at 65-70 hours......
I still have to bill for my work but I'm behind now and I don't want it to happen again?
The consulting job is paying big money so I can't cut back.....
How can I curb the billing solution?

There are people out here that do this for a living. I actually know a guy that runs a medical billing company. You will pay for it, but it sounds like the consulting job will make up for it.

I don't need a medical billing expert....I was looking for online solutions and/or software solutions to input work into billable spreadsheet?
I currently bill through a handmade excel spreadsheet 1099.

You are an anesthesiologist? I'm sure there is some type of book keeping software with an app. I can't imagine there's not something medically related.
But that's all part of your work, even though you aren't getting paid for it you need to cost that in and include the time. If you don't it's going to catch up to you. If you work 65 hours a week for billable activities but need 5 hours for billing you need to work 70 hour weeks or cut back to 60 hours and do 5 hours of billing.

I really don't think you will find an easy solution. As you have discovered by now, medical billing is a PITA. IMHO You need to find a good billing processor.

I do all of my invoicing through FreshBooks. It's easy to use and cheap. It can also process credit card payments and bank transfer payments for you.

True, but he probably uses a fairly small number of procedure codes.
I'd hire a 1099 contractor for this. An anesthesiologist's time is worth a lot more than what they would pay a medical biller.

Quickbooks online, have your CPA set it up and train you to use it. That way you can pass it off on their bookkeeper if need be.
