Go to Antoines and get a side order or look up Jaques Pepin's or Julia Child's. Ignoring the comment (solely based upon the effort) hard to go wrong with any French Classic between those two. They have great videos on youtube as well. I usually search them there.

A good veal demi which is the key ingredient takes a couple of days, you can buy some good premade ones
Try bonewerks they make a good one
I know Nola Fish House carries it and I use it in a pinch when I don't have time to make the goody.
