As much as people are paying for these things, you could buy a RetroUSB AVS for $170 and actually be able to play all the NES library with your own carts in HD. I own one and it's an amazing machine.
It's an actual hardware clone of the NES and the first of its kind and only kind on the market right now being an FPGA machine. It can be updated through firmware to add new things like color palettes and many other things.
It's not emulation like the Retron 5 or other emulation machines. It's actual hardware and is 100% compatible with the NES library, NES homebrew, etc. It also plays the Famicom library and you can use the Famicom Disk system with it.
Those are real NES power/reset buttons btw. The guy that created this machine somehow got his hands on brand new buttons that were stored somewhere. He bought them all up.

I'm a bigger fan of the retron 5 for HD gameplay myself.
