Samsung KS8000 HDR issue

I've recently purchased the Samsung KS8000 with HDR1000 and the Xbox S.
My issue is that from what I see online, when Battlefield 1 runs in HDR mode, you are supposed to see a banner pop saying HDR enabled. I'm not getting the banner and the info screen says 4K but no indication of HDR enabled.
Can anyone give me some insight into this matter ? Many thanks.
Edit: I have been through the settings on both the TV and Xbox. The Xbox is saying everything is good to go for 4K and HDR. TV has all Required HDR settings enabled. I'm running out of things to try.

Do you have HDMI UHD Color turned on in TV settings?

Yeah. I was going to tag you because I saw you had the same TV. Forgot. But yeah , I have every single setting On that is required.

Does it matter which HDMI port you are using on the little black box Thingamajig?

Use Port 2 (PC/DVI).
Are you sure BF1 on Xbone S has HDR support? Have you tried another game and what does it say in settings when you run the test?

Nah that is what I was worried about. BF1 had an update for HDR and I don't want to buy a game specifically just to test HDR.

Well when I boot up BF1 on mine it doesn't say HDR is on, however it does pop up and show when watching a 4K HDR BluRay, so that tells me it's likely BF1 since same settings and all.

I dug around the internet and I guess I misunderstood that the patch for BF1 hasn't been released yet. I downloaded world of tanks for free and the HDR banner popped up.

I absolutely fricking love this TV. An LG fanboy when it comes to tvs and this Samsung is one badass gaming TV. Much recommend.
