1) Fire McMahon, make Vitt a office secretary if Sean absolutely has to keep him around.

2) Buy the best RG/LG (Lang & Joeckel) in FA. Get JPP as insurance. Buy a second corner(Trumaine Johnson or Prince Amukamara).

3) Resign Fairley

4) Trade anything that is not with the program for as many picks as possible.

4) Draft Jonathan Allen

5) If Allen is not available, his broski Tim Williams will do just fine.

6) IFFFFF Myles Garrett falls into range you do whatever it takes to get him and scratch numbers 4 & 5.

7) Allow Dennis Allen to get his own coaches.

8) Get Sean back on Vicodin and Juicy Fruit.

9) Trade next years first for BUGA /troll .

2) Replace strength & Conditioning staff

3) Remove GM duties from Loomis, give them to Ireland

4) Remove player personnel responsibilities from SP, give them to Ireland

5) Fire McMahon & Johnson, put Vitt back in charge of medication distribution

6) Give DC control of hiring his assistants

7) Resign Fairley, Lelito, Moore, Webb, Coleman, Snead & Edebali

8) Cut Byrd

9) Reduce Morstead, or cut

10) Extend KV & Cooks (2018 FAs)
