1. Allow Dennis Allen to hire his own assistants and send Johnson and Vitt out the door.
2. Fire McMahon
3. Relieve Loomis of GM duties. Allow him to remain team president.
4. Let Payton know 2017 better mean playoffs or else he's gone.
5. Resign Fairley and other key free agents
6. Sign a starting Guard, veteran corner, and DE in free agency. Spend big to win now.
7. Draft DE, OLB, CB, OT, and TE
