I want to try intermittent fasting but it needs to be super easy for me to follow. Can you do that or do you have a link? Do I wake up and not eat for 6 hours, then eat whatever I want for 4 hours, then not eat until the next day?

Fasting is EXTREMELY easy...at least for me. Great results too and I feel great!
My daily IF schedule is below:
Eat first meal at 2:00 PM. East last meal no later than 7:00 PM but I try to finish by 6:00 PM if possible. Ideal window is 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
I simply eat healthy small portioned meals druing my food window.
IF causes weight to melt off quickly and stays off and you feel BETTER and more ENERGIZED! Much more alert.
I only needed to lose 15 pounds to be at my ideal weight. I started one month ago and I've lost 11 pounds.
I also workout while in a state of fasting.
If I get hungry while fasting, I simply drink water and that quenches the hunger. I never find myself counting the hours or minutes until my first meal. I'm never really hungry. If anything I sometimes challenge myself to stay in a state of fasting longer than the previous day.
It's actually somewhat a game for me. It's fun!
