Love him. Will be hard to replace for Alabama.

Every time I've wrote Senator Sessions he's returned my questions fully answered and to my satisfaction. A few times he told me things I didn't like, but he answered honestly.
I have voted for him every time and I feel he is honest and trustworthy.
I hate to lose his leadership in Congress, but I can see where his knowledge and leadership on the Cabinet could be for the greater good. So that's a trade-off.
He'll be a good selection for what ever post he's selected for.

He needs to be Sec State or Sec Def
Guy has done it right for a long time.
We'll send a good replacement Senator from AL
Unfortunately, our governor is wallowing in impeachment controversy - but the country still doesn't need to worry about Alabama sending a bad Senator to replace Sessions

Sessions had the balls to prosecute a black preacher in Selma for voting rights abuses.
Ted Kennedy blocked his nomination because he was "racist."
Except to hear this story dredged up again if nominated.

No.
He has the experience for AG but not those positions. We need someone ready to hit the ground running as SOS and SOD.

I met him once when I was in the fifth grade. He was kind enough to meet my whole fifth grade class at the steps of the captiol when we took a class trip to Washington DC. Was a nice dude.
