Yeah. I've never understood how little empathy some people have for the individuals who come here for the chance of a better opportunity for their families, which includes hard work, an education for their children, etc.

Personally, I care about people that share these values, regardless of their citizenship status. I prefer a hardworking illegal immigrant vs. a lazy citizen who spends his/her life leaching.

Even if people want them deported, I don't see how they can't at least understand WHY people come here illegally.
