You can contest it but after a certain amount of time, the divorce becomes final anyway.

Submit your initial separation filing asap so that any value earned by you is no longer community property

Since free legal advice is being thrown around, can someone tell me how the courts view savings from before the marriage when a couple splits in Louisiana?
