is this a fair divorce deal?

I am going to divorce my husband (have left the family compound already, lol) and have land and a new home of my own.
I am not asking for any community property, any joint bank accts or assets, don't want our house, etc. I only want what i bought before we were married, my inheritance and the things my family has bought for me thru the years.
However he feels that I am totally "f*cking him over" and is furious.
Mind you, he is the one at fault in the divorce because I caught him stealing (from a disabled child) and cheating (multiple times but didnt care because I knew how he was). However I love his kids, grandkids, family etc, so I was never bothered by the crap he did.
I have ample proof of all of his misdeeds and will let it all slide in an uncontested divorce if he lets me have my stuff but he insist that for me to offer him that is an example of how mean i am and how i am effing him over.
Right now he is holding my stuff hostage, like a petulant toddler which is typical for him even though that is not legal to do. i have already moved on but want the possessions that belonged to my mom and gram.
He also protests that he can not afford a lawyer if he has to hire a lawyer to contest the divorce so I will pay for the divorce as well (but NOT for a lawyer for him)
How much more fair and reasonable could I be? yeah, i know you guys will rag on me and tell me all kinds of crap about how soul-less my ginger self is and how you could never be married to me, etc.
But the question is, am I offering him a fair deal? Should he take the deal as it is or be an idiot and try to fight me in court?

You should not air facts or issues in a public forum. He will find out. Delete this thread and find a competent lawyer you trust, and take his advice. you are digging a hole in here. Dont say anything to anyone but your lawyer.

I already have a legal team and they are being amply paid. I am not trying to take anything that is his, community property, family property, etc. I don't need it.
I have kept quiet on Fb about this, no hint of the stuff he has done or any anger. i am happy and calm and fine. No drama here.
However, knowing the OT and how many men here have been totally screwed by ex-wives, I just wanted y'all assessment of whether I am being fair or not.
