These idiots on CNN are acting like it is Trump's job to come to them to make things work. When Obama was elected he flipped the right off. Anyone remember "elections have consequences"?

It's like the word "compromise" to libs. To them, it means give them what they want. Obama gets elected and "elections have consequences" gets thrown out there. Trump gets elected and it's, "we need to work together". frick 'em!!

I'm starting to disagree here.
There's us Americans. And then there's the crybabies you're watching on TV that want to abandon democracy in favor of socialism and government handouts. Citizenry shouldn't define us as Americans. Our participation in democracy should define us.
Legal participation, I might add.

they also have a higher quality of life than the US by every traditional measure.
in fact they're better examples of democracy than the US, because two of the defining traits of a democracy are:
- Protection of the human rights of all citizens
- A rule of law in which the laws and procedures apply equally to all citizens
we dont have that in the US. and all the people here saying they should arrest people protesting cant sit here and pretend like they believe in democracy. a system of government doesn't only exist when you want it to for the people you agree with.

I recommend that we instruct the police to deal with the rioters utilizing harsh methods. Order the mob to disperse and give them five minutes. After five minutes bombard them with CS gas and smoke.
Use deadly force on any rioter that presents an imminent threat, such as brandishing a weapon.

So, we have an election in which the country overwhelmingly chose Trump and these cry babies need to go about these protests? frick them. Here is a thought, in real life shite doesn't always go your way.....deal with it.
