People that served
But that's just my opinion.
Also it's always been funny to me the difference in the approach SEALs and Army SF take to this type of thing. It's almost as the Army does all they can to avoid the limelight, because they understand the implications that sort of thing can have on future missions, while also disrespecting the reputation earned by former members, whereas the Navy guys seem much more eager to find a publisher and try to make a buck. The problem is, what we've seen with several of these guys, they almost always end up exaggerating their story, which does more to discredit their service than anything else.
Remember that rumor that Army SF units on missions would tell people 'We're Navy SEALs, we're here to get you out!"

When it comes to SEALs & Special Forces, or even Rangers, you can find a large collection of materials from all parties.
I do think that as far as DEVGRU & CAG goes the Army keeps a lid on their activities a bit better from what we've seen. A lot of times when people talk about SEALs and their exposure they're talking about stories about, or coming from, former DEVGRU members. You don't see many Delta guys in the limelight or writing about their experiences. I mean, the entire focus on Delta culturally and in the press (and not ALL of the press limelight DEVGRU has gotten has been their fault) is almost non-existent considering their role in the fight against terrorism.
