My mom decided to go there with some friends last night after I told her many times she would be disappointed. Her and I used to be huge fans of Ninfas back in the hay day and I guess she still has some sort of nostalgic feeling towards the location. Anyway, she called me to tell me how shitty it was and I just laughed and said I told you so. I actually like the location and setup (other than the parking) but am wondering how much longer this place can possibly last? What y'all say?

Went there last weekend expecting some improvement from the old Ninfa's. Very disappointed. Nothing had changed but the name. Won't be going back any time soon.

As a college kid I love the new Sunday-Thursday deal of $1 Tacos and $7 Margarita pitchers after 8pm (or 9pm).

I don't think they are close to going out of business. The place looked to be pretty packed the last few times I drove by.

Tio's green dip is awesome. I could eat it with a straw. the rest of the place is OK. Not terrible but nothing to write home about either.

if one Tex Mex joint falls, 2 more will pop up in its place...it is the rule of Baton Rouge.

As long as they serve the beef fajita burrito I will continue to go there. The salsa sucks and well pretty much everything else I've tried is meh, but that beef fajita burrito is one of my favorite meals in town.
