He's like the LSU community's pet (yes... even those of us who got our college degrees elsewhere but are still LSU Fighting Tiger fans... though I am grateful that I now work inside the LSU system)
and we all know the pain of losing a pet... they are our family... and we definitely mourn losing them as such
and then the day will come where Mike VII will be revealed, and while this hurt will still last and we will never forget Roscoe... the new Mike will take the mantle and rule his days

I'm crying almost like a baby at work ... I work in a nursing home so I can pass it off on that.
I hope his caretaker when he was a cub makes it here to see him.
